Syncfusion – I don’t know what they sell, but their website has a rather large and diverse listing of programming and tech books that are free to download.  Did I mention free?  Who doesn’t like free stuff, especially when it’s this useful.

Spotify is a free streaming music service.  Unlike other similar sites Spotify lets you create playlists of exactly the music you want to listen to and they have just about every song you have ever heard.  The free service has commercials every once in a while, not unlike radio, but they aren’t bad.
